Throughout these years , PBTUM has encountered many trials and tribulations in meeting its objectives . It is interesting to note that PBTUM has served as a pioneer to resolving issues related to the Indian community .

The IPTA (public higher learning institutions) My 1st Choice movement, started through the efforts of Concerned UM Indian graduates and TLSUM for the past 5 years and now with the support from other Graduates Group and NGOs, we strongly believe that the ultimate objectives of this campaign will reach the commmunity. Together we strive our community and country.
